Union Public service commission (UPSC) has issued notification of CDS-II 2014 Examination for admission to the following courses. Eligible candidates are required to apply online through UPSC Online application process website (upsconline.nic.in) on or before 18th July, 2014 till 11.59 PM. A Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS-II) will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 26th October, 2014. Candidates are required to apply online only, by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in. Last date of UPSC CDS-II 2014 Registration is 19.08.2014.The candidates for applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions for admission to the CDS Examination. Their admission at all the stage of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. Other Details are given below.

Educational Qualification :
For I.M.A . and Officers Training Academy : Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ Institution.
For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of graduation provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB. Candidates who are studying in the final year Degree course and have yet to pass the final year degree examination can also apply but they will be required to submit proof of passing the degree examination to reach the Army HQ/Rtg.
