Qualification:Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from an Institute of repute. Proficiency in English.
Experience:Minimum 7 years. Experience in Govt./PSUs will be given preference. Desirable : Net working skill. Proficiency in handing of Computer & Social Networking.
Age Limit: Gen.-40 years, MBC/BC/Women -43 years, SC/ST/PH – 45 years.
2. Manager (Public Relation) :01
Emoluments: Rs. 35000/-
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication or Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA),With proficiency in English and computer operation.
Experience : 3 years experiencepreferably in a Govt./Semi Govt.Institution/PSU.
Age Limit: 38 years
3. ProgrammeManager :02
Emoluments: Rs. 35000/-
Qualification:1. Master Degree in Business Administration(MBA) in Marketing from an Institute of repute or Bachelor Degree in Engineering in any branch from an Institute of repute. 2. Proficiency in English and computer operation.
Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in a Govt./PSU will be given preference. Age Limit: Gen.-35 years, MBC/BC/Women -38 years, SC/ST/PH – 40 years.
4. Manager Accounts: 01
Emoluments: Rs. 15000/-
Qualification(For Non-Government Applicants) – Bachelor Degree in Commerce with Minimum 50% marks from an institute of Reputed or Inter CA/Inter ICWA with good knowledge of Computer operation.
Experience:Management of Account Books with five years experience in Accounts.
Age limit:Minimum 40-45 years.
Period of Employment: Period of employment will be for 2 years which can be extended on renewal basis, as required.
Application fee: Each Application for every post must have annexed with it a Bank Draft worth Rs.150/- in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category and worth Rs.300/- in case of candidates belonging to other categories which shall be payable to ‘Chief Executive Officer, Bihar Foundation.
